This soup captures the taste of the holidays! All-around comfort food without the guilt.

All you need is Butternut Squash, Carrots, Celery, Onion, garlic, sage, thyme, rosemary, cayenne powder, salt & pepper, olive oil and vegetable stock.

- Chop all the vegetables and lay on a baking sheet, season the veggies with the herbs.

- Roast for 1 hour at 350 degrees

- Add veggies to a food processor, add the vegetable stock and puree. Then simmer for 10 mins. Garnish and serve.

We just finished our Dog Safe First Aid/CPR 3 day course. We have had very high attendance for this and are having a lot of enthusiasm from students.
