This is a day to recognize the effects post traumatic stress has on the lives of those affected by it. The trauma and anxiety associated with PTSD is a constant burden. Reach out to someone you know who suffers from PTSD, let them know you care and are there to help.

These benefits include increased flexibility and fitness, mindfulness and relaxation. Yoga is a powerful tool to deal with the stress of uncertainty and isolation.
