Here are a few ways to keep cool this summer

- Wear loose fitting clothing, preferably light colored

- Take frequent baths or showers with cool or tepid water

- Drink plenty of water to combat dehydration

- Add more cooling foods to your diet such as: watermelon, cucumber, oranges, strawberries, lemons, avocado and mango.

This day helps to raise awareness and focuses on reducing the number of deaths caused by overdose. Drug overdoses are devastating to family and friends of those who have suffered an overdose. We raise awareness to help people cope with the pain and grief overdoses cause. As well as discuss how they are entirely preventable. The ACSW class will be doing a live presentation the week of August 24th on overdose awareness.
