World Suicide Prevention Day, Sept. 10th. Mental health can refer to a wide range of conditions that affect how you think, feel, or interact with other people. The list of conditions that fall under the mental health umbrella is extensive, and finding the information you need may be overwhelming. Public health measures taken in B.C. are expected to limit the spread of the virus but require all British Columbians to do their part to stop the transmission of the disease. Wash your hands often with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds. When coughing or sneezing: Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands. Lets keep up the good work!
