General public encouraged to drop in for free personalized health advice

 Abbotsford, BC – August 2, 2011 – CDI College in Abbotsford will open its doors to the public for a free Personal Health Seminar on August 10, 2011. Attendees will have the opportunity to have their blood pressure checked and receive personal health advice from CDI College healthcare staff and students.

 This is a great opportunity for members of the community who are looking to make healthier lifestyle choices, but don’t know where to start. The clinic will run from 1:00pm to 7:00pm and attendees can drop-in at any time during those hours.  

For those who might be interested in pursuing a career in the industry, the upcoming Personal Health Seminar provides a great opportunity to learn more about CDI’s healthcare programs and job options for graduates. Healthcare workers are always in demand and play crucial roles within a variety of health-related settings.
