The healthcare sector is growing in many provinces across Canada. One major reason for growth is the number of retirements by members of the baby boom generation.

And, just as the generation of Canadians born between 1946-64 reaches retirement age, the country also faces a larger elderly population with an increased reliance on the healthcare system.
