You'll learn the fundamentals of addiction, psychology, and pharmacology, as well as an introduction to assessment and treatment planning, along with file management and report writing.

Our Addictions and Community Services Worker program is Recognized

CDI College Alberta programs are licensed under the Private Vocational Training Act in the province of Alberta.

Graduates can apply for the CACCF's internationally recognized Canadian Certified Addiction Counsellor (CCAC) exam.

This program is approved by the Registrar of the Private Training Institutions Regulatory Unit (PTIRU) of the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills regulates private training institutions in British Columbia.
