Message to our international students expecting a refund

We thank you for your decision to study with CDI College. It is unfortunate that you can no longer pursue your dream of studying with us.
Please be aware that we process refund requests for visa refusal as quickly as possible and within the prescribed time limits. We would like to ensure you that there is absolutely no reason for you to worry about the status of your refund. CDI College is part of a system that operates nationally with 40 campuses in five different provinces throughout Canada, educating over 15,000 students every year.
The reason for the delay may be due to incomplete documents and/or information included in your refund application, so please be sure to check your e-mail regularly to see if there is any additional information you are asked to provide. We are aware and respectful of the importance of these funds to you and your family, and we promise that you will receive your refund once the review and verification is complete.
