CDI College's Business Computing Certificate program teaches the most relevant, up-to-date business skills that you need to succeed in a variety of business settings. Courses cover fundamental business computing subjects such as the Windows operating system, the MS Office Suite (MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint) and more.

Students also learn in-demand business communication skills such as writing memoranda, reports and various business letters. Graduates of this program will have a credential that proves they have the key computer skills they need to make an impact in the business world.

    • Emphasis is placed on analyzing and recording business transactions using the rules of double-entry bookkeeping. In addition, adjusting journal entries and everyday transactions for both service and retail businesses are recorded coupled with the preparation of basic financial statements.
  • EBWE Effective Business Writing 50

    • The workplace of the twenty-first century demands excellent communications skills. The focus of this course is on learning writing techniques that ensure effective business communication.
  • INTE Introduction to Computers 50

    • This course covers working with the Windows operating system to manage files and folders and customize the desktop, creating documents, and using the Internet for communication and research.
  • MW3E Microsoft Word 50
