Travel and Tourism, Event Coordinator and Management grads have chance to enhance credentials

Vancouver, BC - January 25, 2012 – Graduates of the Event Coordinator and Management and Travel and Tourism programs at CDI College have an opportunity to enhance their diplomas with international credentials. The college has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with IMI University Centre, the prestigious international hotel management institute in Switzerland.

The agreement will allow CDI College students who have successfully completed the Travel and Tourism or Event Coordination and Management programs to transfer to IMI’s Higher Diploma program with a focus on International Tourism Management or International Hotel and Tourism Management.

Based in Luzern, Switzerland, IMI University Centre is an internationally-recognized hotel school that offers a range of quality education courses and credentials for the hospitality, travel and tourism industries. Students will get a chance to experience first-hand top quality service the hospitality industry in Switzerland is noted for. Along with their education, students will also have opportunities to explore Europe via the extensive rail network and access to five major international airports.
