General Qualification

The ideal candidate possesses at minimum a high school diploma with basic training in office practices, has excellent customer service and communication skills and one to three years receptionist and/or customer service experience in a fast paced environment.

Specific Responsibilities

The Receptionist's responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls and greeting visitors to the campus

  • Supervising entrance examinations for admissions staff, and student make-up examinations for instructors
