General Qualification

  • Degree or Diploma from a recognized University or College relating to the area of instruction

As a member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for the leadership and overall management of the campus including operations, admissions, academics, student services and administration. You will also contribute to operational and strategic planning discussions and activities.

General Qualification

Specifically, the Campus Director will be responsible for:
  • Developing, managing, maintaining and reporting campus annual budgets and financial information;
  • Developing profit and growth strategies and achieving financial targets;
  • Meeting student enrollments targets, and coordinating classrooms, assignments and teaching materials      
  • Staff management including recruitment, selection, scheduling, terminations, orientation, training, and performance management;
  • Facilitating conflict resolution for staff and students;
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and government agencies;
  • Providing input into curriculum design and development;

Specific Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Director, the ideal candidate is a strong leader with exceptional relationship management skills who is able to motivate and inspire others including staff and students. You have very strong organizational and communication skills and can manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.

A university degree in business administration or education is required and three to five years’ management experience in a private post-secondary environment is ideal.
